Within Sydney Metro area, Unifor Corporate Supplies offers FREE delivery on all orders placed over $150. Sydney Metro is highlighted by the brown area in the map to the right. For orders under $150 a $15 charge is applied.

If your order is only made up of beer there will be a $15 fee added for delivery. The margins on beer are so small that we are unable to offer free delivery on beer only orders. Orders within Sydney are either delivered by one of Unifor's excellent drivers or through the use of Unifor's courier partners.
Express 3 hour delivery for Sydney metro ONLY.
We have partnered with Mail Call Couriers to offer a 3 hour express delivery service within the Sydney Metro area. To arrange for this service please call us on 1300 808 254. Conditions and additional charges may apply
For non-Sydney deliveries our shipping rates are built directly into our website during your purchase based on the final weight of your goods. Once your order is approved it will be packed ready to be sent. For delivery outside of the greater Sydney metropolian area freight costs are $15 for every 15kg or part thereof, minimum $15 charge. For orders in excess of 100kg to areas outside of Sydney metro area please contact us. Please note that Unifor reserves the right to amend charges for extremely remote locations of Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia - especially to areas which are only serviced by mail couriers fortnightly or monthly.

All orders are shipped within 1 - 2 working days. If you have not received an order within 2 working days within Sydney (and 10 working days for the rest of Australia), please contact us.
All parcels sent using our courier partners can be tracked and by default we request they be signed for, i.e. not just left at the premises unattended. We do offer customers the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave behind reception desk etc. If you chose to indicate delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises we accept no responsibilty if parcels go missing once they have been delivered. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated with this.
If the premises is unattended during a delivery which requires a signature, a notice will be placed in your post box and the parcel will be available for pick up at the nearest Australia Post outlet.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday. For parcels sent via Australia Post we are unfortunately unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. We do not deliver on public holidays and weekends.

We are so sure that any product sold by Unifor will meet or exceed your expectations that we guarantee the products we sell. Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and return the items for a full refund. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. If return freight is applicable this is to be paid for and organised by the customer.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement, this is at the sole discretion of Unifor.
